Traditional online orders: A flat rate of $7.50 will be charged at checkout. You can expect your order within 7 business days from purchase. There will be no refunds or returns. However, we are happy to exchange for the same style in a different size if it is available.

Pre-expo online orders: We’re happy to offer a pre-expo online shop! This means those coming from out of town have the same ‘first dibs’ as those who are shopping at the expo early! These orders do not ship. There is a $5 sorting fee at checkout. Your order will be available for pick up at the Official Merch / Fleet Feet checkout area. No refunds or returns. However, we are happy to exchange for the same style in a different size if it is available.

Finisher orders: Any order containing a ‘finisher’ item will ship 6/2. Each item is built specifically per-order, no refunds or returns are offered.
